Terms and Conditions

When purchasing my goods, please be aware that I am making these items in my home. If you have a severe allergy to nuts or gluten, I cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination. 

Payment must be made in advance. I accept Venmo, PayPal, and Cash. If your order is over $200, you can make a down payment of 50% when ordering and the other 50% upon pickup. If you need to cancel an order, it must be canceled 48 hours prior to the arranged pickup time for a 100% refund. If I need to cancel an order, I will do so as soon as I can and refund you 100%. This is very unlikely, but life happens.

If I make an error in your order, please let me know as soon as possible and I will fix it as soon as possible. Clear communication and customer satisfaction is my goal.

Deb Will Bake It! is an LLC and my Minnesota Cottage Bakery License Number is 20258416. It is against MN Cottage Bakery Law for you to sell the food you purchase from me.

These products are homemade and not subject to state inspection.
